2) End client must be comfortable in switching the employer.
3) Must file H1B through American Software Resources, Inc.
Eligibility 2 : Consultant must be on CPT | OPT | H4-EAD (Without Project)
1) Consultant is not yet on a project, can take our free service of training and marketing.
2) Must refer 1 (CPT/OPT/H4-EAD/H1B), Both will get a coupon.
3) Every referral will get an additional coupon.
4) Must file H1B through American Software Resources, Inc.
Eligibility 3 : Consultant on H1B status holding job offer with at least 5 months remaining.
1) Company can file GC after working on the payrolls for 18 months.
2) Must have minimum 18 months H1B visa validity left.

1) Subject to the Method of entry requirements.
2) No entries will be accepted outside this time.
3) Every referral will get an additional coupon.
4) Must have a Bachelors/Master’s degree only in Computer science or IT.
5) Bill rate will be transparent and will be working on 70 : 30 for 8 months later 75 : 25 for next 10 months later 80 : 20.
6) Must give a commitment of 18 months.

*Additional insurance including comprehensive insurance, options, Fuel and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of, and will be at the cost of, the winner.

Prizes or any component of the prize are not transferable, saleable or exchangeable and cannot be taken or redeemed as cash or equivalent.
*If the winner is, through any legal incapacity or otherwise, unable to register the car in their own name, then the winner may assign the car to another person (who consents to such assignment) with legal capacity for the purposes of registration.
